Hello,
I did my master's in a Canadian school. However, I completed my Bachelor's in Iran. I have two questions regarding my express entry application:

  1. Do I need ECA for my Bachelor's degree?
  2. If the answer is no, Can I use my translated transcripts and degrees from Iran? (These documents were translated ~ 5 years ago in Iran)

So you need ECA if you want to claim points for that degree.
