Do I need a medical as a Canadian sponsor?

Was just wondering about this, I know my spouse will have to get a medical done (she is from Moldova, I am Canadian), but do I as the sponsor need to get one done? The Document Checklist mentions a "Medical Condition Statement", what if I don't have any medical conditions?

you don't need a medical man,all medical is for her. i m pretty sure.

No you dont need a medical as you are the sponsor and Canadian already! This is only if you had adopted your spouses children.
