As per the mandatory quarantine rules on the Canada website, it is written that people who have tested positive for covid 19 within 14-90days of departure to Canada do not have to do mandatory 3-nights quarantine at a hotel. But I'm not sure if it is valid for international students and also students traveling from India (Considering the ban is lifted).
