Hello
I'm planning to do ESL program in Toronto , I have already taken IELTS exam with overall 6 , 5.5 in writing 6 in reading and speaking , 6.5 in listening.
I want to improve my English skills as I'm much of a traveler. And I have plans after completing this course , as I want to do language course as french and mandarin in their native country (France and China) . This fulfills as a traveler and learning different languages as well. Will I get study permit as a genuine student if I mention this in SOP ?
