Hi all,

I am on a PGWP and it expires on 31st Dec 2015.

My spouse has a student permit, if I apply for SOWP/dependent visa and it reaches the processing centre before 31st Dec 2015, can i stay back beyond Dec 2015 on implied status until a decision is made?
