Do I get extra points for a Canadian Masters (1 Year)?

Hello,

I wanted to ask question that I couldn't find an answer to on the CIC website. I am planning on obtaining a Canadian masters from Waterloo (already have an offer). The program is between 1 and 2 years.

I want to apply for an Express Entry application after obtaining my degree. My question is, would I obtain the 30 extra points from a Canadian degree even if I don't have Canadian work experience?

I intend to apply through the Federal Skills Worker program.
