do i certify copy of original documents?

My description.
-I am Canadian citizen sponsoring for my wife.
-We both moved to Canada and my wife only has temporary visa(ETA).
-We have a daughter who already is a Canadian citizen

In the complete guide. it tells me to certify copies of all documents and don't handin original copy.

i have traslated and affadavit all my documents now. and they're original.
do i have to photocopy all the traslation and original and get certified?

if so, where can i do that?

I apply from Ukraine and this is how we did: passport, pcc, marriage certificate, birthday certificate I took to translator. She took these docs, made copy of them, and on each put stamp that it is “copy”. Then she translated those, took original docs and copy docs to notary office and notarized them. That’s all. We have a lawyer, all good with those papers. But I think one we put original paper, it is fbi clearance from USA.
