Hi advice please.....have received an email asking me to send my passport to a VFS global office in London (where I had my biometrics done) All a bit odd as my CIC account is not updated at all.
Can anyone comment on this and does anyone one know if the service charge for application handling (£23.49) needs to be paid or was it included with the biometrics fee? It's a bit unclear, would be really grateful for advice as want to send it asap. Cheers
