In the document checklist (IMM 5610E) for a CEC application, there are documents that need to be originals and others that can be 'Copies'.
Do these copies need to be certified?
If so, what is the easiest and cheapest way to get documents certified in everyone's experience?
Thanks in advance!
The Copies need not be certified if it is in English or French. Otherwise you need to do a Translation of the original to English/French and also get a notary certified on the Original copy and send it along with original copy of translation.
