i applied for study permit on 17 October 2018 through paper route without upfront Medicals. I got an email an on 21 November validating my biometric with UCI and APPLICATION NUMBER, on 28 November I got a text message through VFS that my processed passport is ready for collection.
I'm a bit scared of the whole scenario.

Any body with similar case should indicate if they return passport for Medicals or !!!!!!!!!
