Do biometrics pass through to other IRCC visa applications that are in progress?

I received eAPR AOR on 4/25/23, and just received my BIL yesterday, 5/31. I completed them this morning, and it occurred to me that I had also paid the biometrics fee as part of my BOWP application that I submitted shortly after my eAPR. Does my biometrics automatically get applied to my BOWP application in the system, or is there something I need to do to attach completion of biometrics to my BOWP application package as well?

Of less concern is the refund - are biometrics baked into the standard permanent residence fees? If so, I need to pursue reimbursement for the biometrics I paid for as part of my BOWP application package.

Thanks!

Biometrics are links for app application. I used my Biometrics for 2021 in my PR application. You are good.

BIO are linked to your UCI not application number. I've used the same BIO I did in 2019 for my WP, Spousal PR Sponsorship (withdrawn), and EE-PNP
