DLI updation deadline???

Hi, I am an international student and heading to my last semester in Douglas college .However, I originally came for Selkirk College BC to do CPA pep course under the course name PG diploma in Accounting. But after 2 semester I came to know Selkirk has not been offering 2 of the papers which CPA wants. Thus I planned to change my course to Douglas College , New Westminster. ( Both colleges is located in BC) and I tried all my attempt to contact CIC and I ended up with giving a call to CIC since I am ignorant at that time regarding the IRCC web form and online updation. Is that possible to update the change of college info at this last time, before my course ends ? ??

My guess is you are out of status and illegal as your previous school might have already notified cic of your withdrawl. Better contact a lawyer
