Hi, I will be applying to change my dli next year in March as my new program starts in September 2025. I'm currently enrolled in a post graduate diploma program and I got accepted to a Diploma program in nursing that starts in September 2025. My question is if my new dli study permit gets rejected will my current study permit be considered valid to continue my studies at my current university or do I have to apply for it again? Please provide some information about this.
I'll be finishing my first year and I won't return for 2nd year if I get the study permit. First year ends in April but I'll be applying for a new permit in March since you previously responded saying that it'll take a long time to get my permit.

Actually all I need is the loa, proof of first semester Tution payment and a letter justifying the change. No need for GIC. Will my current study permit be considered valid if my new dli change permit gets rejected? I'm unable to get any answer to this question. If you have any info on this please do tell. Thank you
