Hi

I divorced in Canada but still married back home my ex got married here in Canada but we still married back home , that is legal? or is it call bigamy? and what can i do in case is not legal? thank you

If your country accepts a Canadian divorce, then there is no bigamy and everything is legal. If your country doesn't allow divorce at all, they would consider you still married to your ex and your ex guilty of bigamy.

In Canada the divorce is legal and your ex' second marriage is legal so no bigamy.
