1. I am a PR and I divorced my PR wife last year in April 2021. We got mutually divorced in Bangladesh.
2. We have a daughter who is under 4 years old. We are co-parenting our daughter living in the same apartment in seperate rooms in Ontario. We have not made any child custody or written agreement.
3. I went to Bangladesh this year 2022 and re-married a woman I fell in love with. She was also a divorced woman. I am not sure if I needed a marriage license to re-marry or not, but I could not wait.
4. Now, I want to sponsor my new spouse to come to Canada. Would like to know if I need any special document to prove that I am eligible to sponsor (e.g. marriage license, child custody agreement).

So yes you sponsor your new spouse. The fact that you have been living with your ex may create problems for your application so would suggest getting your own home. There may be concerns that you are still together because you continued to live together and there may be concerns that you maybe trying to sponsor a second spouse.

It is necessary for me to stay close to my daughter as she is so much dependent on me too. Her mother goes to office at 5am and I have to drop her to school and collect her. But, I will abide by your advice and look for a new address soon.

I understand your situation. But think about bringing your new spouse into the same apartment and living with your ex-wife and your child in the near future. It can get really messy.
It's better to start clean and live close enough to co-parent but far apart enough that you still have your normal marriage life with your new spouse.
May be get an apartment that's near by or even in the same building.

Living in the same apartment will create concerns that you are trying to sponsor a 2nd spouse and that you are still in a relationship ship with your first wife. Was your 2nd marriage arranged and how much time have you spent in person with your current spouse?

IMO you want to live at a different address than your ex-spouse for at least six months before you apply to sponsor your new spouse. Otherwise this is going to look like a marriage of convenience and you can expect problems.
