Hi.
Am on spousal open work permit. My PR is under process but now I feel that I will also have a divorce coming.
While I know that I will have to inform IRCC about any change in my status and the PR will be cancelled. Is there any possibility that I apply for mt PR on my own after my work permit get expired?

You can apply for PR on your own if you qualify.

I am guessing that you are on OWP (apply after getting AOR for inland spousal sponsorship), then you can continue to work until the OWP expires. The relationship and the sponsorship application do not have impact to the OWP.

(usually SOWP is the work permit applied when spouse is on work permit or study permit)
