hi,i am so confused and worried.i file a divorce for my ex in the philippines and i am so worried if he dont sign it.can my mom serve the paper for him?and can i still grant a divorce if he dont sign the paper?.we had one kid and he stays in my parents.your advice will highly appreciated.thank you so much
