I have alone come to Canada as immigrant. I have a serious issue with my family life, wife staying away with her parents with my daughter,not saperated or divorced, Can i obtain divorce in Canada.

Yes. Canadian divorce law does require that you have grounds for the divorce: cruelty, adultery or a separation between the couple for at least one year. There are other requirements as well and you would be best served by consulting with a competent family law attorney.
