I applied for PNP through International Graduate in Canada and added my wife`s name in my PNP application but now she is seeking for divorce outside Canada lives. Meanwhile, I have got new partner in Canada who is expecting to give birth to a new baby soon but we are not legally married. My question is would my partner giving birth to a new child affects my PNP or cause any implication to my stay in Canada before the divorce paper is finalized. Please, I need your advice!

Better post at PNP section. You need to update your status. Are you and your wife seperated? Did you live with your new partner for over 12 months together? If so, she needs to be added as your common law partner. (new child if he/she is already bon) And I am not sure if adding a partner will affect PNP (does it go by points? will partner's eduction ...etc affect your points?)

Thanks for your reply. I posted here because it says "general all Canadian immigration" where there would be broader view. My wife and I are in the process of divorcing outside Canada where she lives. I don`t currently live with my new partner that is pregnant in the same house here in Canada. The PNP is non-express entry which is not point base rather of provincial nomination under international graduate
As previously noted you must update your status and remove your future ex spouse. If you are living in the same home as your pregnant partner IRCC will make the claim that you were living together.
