Have a question!
I have applied for Express entry to Canada last month. My divorce is in process. I applied for divorce only after applying. Will I have to get a divorce before getting PR or am I eligible to go before my divorce is granted?

No, nobody has the right to ask you that in such a personal situation. No Canadian agency will ask you that at any time, they may only ask you to submit any documentation you have or can provide concerning the process.

ok, so just the initial petition and proceedings, or the actual divorce decree as well

Which status have you selected? Divorced/Seperated or Legally Divorced. I am trying to understand the difference. What should we select if we decide to seperate but not legally seperated?
