Divorce in immigration process

Hi All,

I am a married women who do not stay with her husband. I have decided to move to Canada for immigration. My marriage hasn’t got registered until now since I got married last year only and I have not filed for divorce process also so nothing legally hasn’t happened until now

will this create any troubles in my coming to Canada?Even if I file for divorce and my case is going , will it create any troubles in my immigration process?

Assume you have completed ECAs and IELTS and then the issue is your Express Entry profile. You can select “separated” and then provide documentation as required.

If you get an ITA (CRS score over 470), then you need mandatory documents. Hasn’t been a draw in year so have time.
