i applied for my wife's document in 2010..while i submitted my documents in 2008..still waiting for check list..
unfortunately, she is not my wife any more from more then 1 year... as i know, i will be running short of 4 points. i have not sent divorce documents to immigration office but i would definitely.
i am interested to re-marriage so would it create any problem? would i get 4 points of my new wife ?
please provide me whatever information you people are having

First of all without her 4 points do you still get 67?
In your case not informing of family composition changes, after considerable time passed, when it affects your adaptability criteria, will definitely look like a misrepresentation.
You must have informed VO without any significant delay.
Your future wife if she qualifies to give you 4 points would have given to you 4 points if those two event happened one soon after the other and you would have had informed VO about both them in the same time (however, such development would create delay as it would definitely call for an interview). I am sorry, but it might be too late because too much time passed.

see i contacted to a consultant here in Dubai. they are very good actually in their field and they are only taking cases of canada. according to them, i can not claim my points for second wife. i need to wait for three years.. it does not make sense although.
so according to you i should inform to VO about my current status that i am single again and i am finding a girl to re-marry and i am divorced now.
yes friend i need 4 points desperately or i would be short of points.

Keep away from those "consultants" with their "three years".
Well, the right thing to do is to inform the VO on your changes. But it will most certainly render refusal of your application.
So, you need to look at all the details of your application where you can get more score. Most probably your IELTS.
However, as I said, waiting for so long to inform on your divorce looks really bad. Therefore I cannot give you any advice that will positively fix your situation. I am sorry but I cannot be of any more help than that.
