I got married in October 2020 and we heading for divorce with mutual concern and i am waiting for my second hearing in June month. However we didn't register our marriage. In this case can I apply for a PR with single status or should i get the marriage certificate at first and then apply for PR?

What type of hearing? If you are separated you can’t apply as married.
