Hello, I maybe needing all your expertise with my situation now. Im a landed immigrant dec 2017, sponsored my husband and daughter landed feb 2018. Things between my husband and I has been edgy since we’ve been apart for a long time, but still in good faith that we may reconcile, but things changed. Im wondering can i apply for divorce right away? Or do i have to wait for a year so it doesnt look like misrepresentation? Thank you
