i am secondery application and i got permanent regidence recently and now we me and my wife want divorce so please i want to know the best way to be get divorce.. plz help

kehr, you and your wife will have to figure out how to go about your divorce. Your first step would separating. You need to be separated for one year before you can get a divorce in Canada. You should see a divorce lawyer to find out if there is any legal paperwork you need in your province in order to confirm the separation.
If you find that getting divorced in your home country is better for you and you would be allowed to do that even though neither of you live there, you could do that instead.

Just out of curiosity, how long have you known that you would get divorced after getting your PR status? I have read your previous posts and I get the impression that this might be for some time.
