Do you mean a divorce decree?

I have the divorce decree and certificate. What i really need is the authenticated copy of DIVORCE LAW OF CANADA.The court doesnt want to accept a website print out only.
Probably would help to speak with a lawyer or else contact the court that granted your divorce in Canada

My lawyer speak to a Canadian lawyer already and it cost almost the amount how much im paying my lawyer.I was hoping that someone here had an experienced without speaking to a lawyer in canada.

When I filed for annulment and also later when I legally challenged the divorce petition filed by my ex-husband, I did not have to submit an authenticated copy of the Divorce Act of Canada or vice-versa.

Perhaps, the court in the Philippines wants a copy to certify the grounds under which you were granted the divorce. The Divorce Act of Canada is available online.

I suggest you contact the court that granted the divorce. They would be able to help you
