Distance masters plus 4 years of exp in parallel.

Hello, can anyone help me with the following query?

I have done my master's in distance mode(part-time) and at the same time, I am a full-time employee. I got 2 years of full-time experience when doing my masters. The question is will my experience(full-time exp ) count (in the creation of express entry profile) which I got when doing masters.

If not what are the possible options for not losing my experience as well as masters.
Btech full time :- 2012- 2016
Masters part-time:- 2016- 2018
Job:- 2016 Aug to till now ( continuing) total 4+
