Distance Learning Masters is considered or not in PR Case

I have done my MBA (2 Years) through distance leaning course from Panjab University Chandigarh. Is this going to be considered as MASTERS and will it add points in my case for PR.

It depensds on the unversity, whether it's recognizer or not
