there's no such thing as two or more. this is just for the initial estimation. you will get a diploma by diploma eca and you will add them one by one. whether both are recognized will be calculated by the system.
Idk maybe im not properly understanding u.
However, I already evaluated my first bachelor, its not from france.
only now im evaluating my M1 maitrise from france as transcripts took sometime to be ready .
But its an upgrade in the same report by adding mew credential .

when you fill your actual express entry profile, in the education section you will add
diploma 1 --> ECA for that diploma
diploma 2 --> ECA for that diploma
you don't get to select to or more.
the system will then look at the two ECAs and give you points accordingly.

who knows, depending on your ECA. if your maitrise isn't recognized (i doubt it though) and assuming your initial diploma was considered an actual bachelor, then yes. but again i doubt it, got to try and see.
Quick related questions , I earned my M1 maitrise in Egypt but from Poitiers university in France , it's a dual degree partnership / agreement between both institutes.
Country of Study should be France or Egypt ?? I've never been to France.
Also in regards to degree awarded ( before ECA question ) do u choose Bachelors or Masters ? it's just M1 not M2.
