Did anyone received PR or applied under FSW2014 or planning to apply for express entry with a Dismissed DUI ?
One night i was returning from a concert and was arrested for DUI was in jail for 2 hours and came out and consulted attorney and explained him all the details .. the case was dismissed by court as i was found not guilty and court gave me the letter as well ..even i went to h1b visa stamping successfully after all this happened ..but however the arrest will still remain on the records when i was entering at port of entry i was questioned but allowed after verifying the details.
I Want to know how this will impact if i apply for PR. will this cause admissibility to Canada ?
