Discrepancy in CRS Score

I have recently created an EE profile. My WES assessment is two bachelor degrees (4 years each). I have more than 15 years of foreign work experience and my IELTS score is as follows:
R = 8
L = 7.5
S = 8
W = 7
My friend with a lower qualification (only one 4 year bachelor and only 6 years of foreign experience as assessed by WES) has gotten 50 points in Skills Transferability (Education and Work Experience) whereas I have gotten 25 in each. Is there something I can do to claim those points? Am I missing something here that I can use to claim them?

I think it's from your IELTS results. You need to get that written score up to 7.5 and the listening to 8.5
