I am completing my TRV application form and one of the question it asks is to disclosure whether I have been denied visa to Canada or any other country in the past.
I just want to ask is it important to disclose that I was rejected US visa twice, will it affect my chances of getting a Canadian visa. Also the reason for rejection was my sister who lives in US, I am worried that any such disclosure will automatically be a reason for refusal.

Of course it's critical that you disclose past refusals. All questions in visa application have to be answered truthfully. Canada and the US share information. If you fail to fully disclose both US visa refusals in your Canadian TRV application, then you can expect your TRV application to be automatically refused and to receive a 5 year ban from Canada for misrepresentation (lying in your application).
