So, a couple of weeks ago we went to the one of the two certified doctors in Greece to have our medicals exams. We allowed a week or so after the results to pass and we are trying for several days know to contact him in order to make sure that he has sent the papers. The thing is that not only he is not picking up (cell phone out of service or something) but also he does not appear on the list of certified doctors in Greece as another one has taken up his place.

As long as his name was on the list when you had the exam, you should be ok as long as he submits the files. Can you go to his office to make sure he sends them? Is there an alternate phone number you can use?
Do you have any sort of receipt from your visit? Keep it - or a certified copy - very carefully as proof that you did it.
we will go to his office although he told us that he only visits this building in order to do the exams to skilled workers... we sent the receipts from our visit with the rest of the documents they asked from us
