Diploma Prgram Eligiblity?

Hello seniors,
I am planning to getting enroll for 2 year diploma program (ENGINEERING DESIGN AND DRAFTING TECHNOLOGY) in Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, Edmonton, Alberta. Please tell me...

1.Is this diploma consider for CEC?
2.When should I apply for Off-Campus WP?
3.Is During Studies (Off-campus WP) work experience Count?
4.After Completing This 2-Year Diploma, Am I eligible for 3-year PGWP.

1) Your diploma is OK and your school is too

Northern Alberta Institute of Technology is listed under the eligible schools

2)All international students cannot apply for off campus work permit with out completing 6 months in the country

3)under the CEC, work experience gained while studying such as off campus work or during your co-op term will not be counted, you need one year of work exp. after graduation to be eligible for CEC

4) The PGWP is issued for the duration of study and any thing after 2 year MAY BE issued a 3 year work permit (exact words from the CIC) there are chances of be issued 2 years also

I did a post secondary advanced diploma in International Business at a community college here in Toronto.
