I know that, but what's wrong with diploma program? I know that many people in Canada go for diploma program after universities or having any kind o degrees
In British Columbia, majority of institutions have Post Graduate Diplomas of two years duration. Some of the Ontario Colleges also issue combo offer letters of two Graduate Certificates of one year each.

Yes - people in Canada will sometimes do diploma programs after a university degree. However diplomas are still much lower levels of education than bachelors. Given how much money it costs to come to Canada as a foreign student, it doesn't really make sense to do a diploma after a degree. It makes it look like you're just trying to find a way to get to Canada rather than being a genuine student. At least that's often CIC's perspective. If you go the diploma route, you increase your chances of having your study permit refused.
