Diploma or Advance Diploma

Guys I need your help regarding selection of a study program.
I have complete my 2 year bachelor degree in 2009 from till to date doing a job.
On the basics of previous Education, I am not eligible for master or PG Diploma. Only 2 options left for me.

1- Advance Diploma
Hardly, any college (only 2-3) offering advance diploma in my field and all of them are located in Toronto, Ontario. I am aware that, There are very few chances of Visa for Toronto, Ontario colleges.

2-Diploma
Many colleges and even some universities throughout Canada in Ontario and outside Ontario offering diploma related to my field.

what you peoples suggest should I go for:
Diploma (Outside Ontario) or Advance Diploma (In Toronto, Ontario)

Dear Chudhary sahab:

Nowadays, Visa Officer is not interesting to give study permit for diploma student even advance diploma. It is hard to get study permit for college.
You have opportunity to transfer you credit hours in bachelors programs (4 year).

Can you share you profile? i will guide you further.
