I am a diploma in pharmacy holder(2 year diploma course from india after 12th grade of schooling) currently working in UAE as Pharmacy Technician in a well reputed hospital and having more than 10 years experience , is there any scope for migration? can i find any job in Canada

You can’t find a job in Canada if you don’t have work authorization. look at Express Entry but with only a two year diploma and not a masters, an invitation is unlikely.

You need to find a Canadian employer who applies for a LMIA. The employer has to pay $1000 and prove that no Canadian or PR could be hired. The employer needs to describe how hiring you will expand their business. The process takes months and for a pharmacy tech. job, there are many Canadians who can do the job. Few employers will go through the process. If your employer got a LMIA, then you apply for a closed work permit. Process takes months. The job must be full time. In Canada, most pharm. techs work shift work and not full-time but work at different pharmacies.
