Hi, I'm a dentist from Thailand planning to come to Canada to study Health Information Management and hopefully get a PR.
Does anyone here have any information about the diploma in HIM programs? Which one would you recommend considering the fact regarding how easier it is to get a PR after being a certified HIM practitioner (Noc 1252) in Alberta and in Ontario? I'm interested in the program at SAIT (Calgary) and George Brown college (Toronto). Will APNP be a better choice of getting a PR in this case?
Another question, what are the job prospects of this career in both provinces? Where would you get a job more easily? Thank you.
