I have done 3 years diploma in engineering from MSBTE. I want to know whether diploma is considered for WES evaluation. If yes, how many many points i will get if apply to WES for evaluation for canada pr.

Refer this thread for procedure. It should be Bachelor Canadian degree equivalent.
