Diploma evaluation & course - by - course assessment

Hi there,

A quick question. I have graduated diploma abroad and want to continue education in Canada (my diploma and certificate to my diploma were officially translated) . I have checked with CES Services (University of Toronto, School of continuing studies) that they do not provide course-by-course assessments at this time.

My idea to find out who can evaluate my diploma and do course-by-course assessments. Any idea?
