Diploma + Bachelor of engineering

Dear All,
I am creating my EE profile, basically I am an Indian and I have 3 years of diploma in mechanical stream after which I have done my bachelor of mechanical engineering (usually 4 years after 12th but since I had done diploma, I got lateral entry so 3 years of bachelor degree).
I got my ECA for both Diploma and bachelor of engineering.
WES has provided me 2 certificates of Candian equvivalence:
1) SECONDARY SCHOOL DIPLOMA AND DIPLOMA (2 YEARS)-
2) BACHELORS DEGREE (4 YEARS)

SUMMARY:
Diploma (two years) and bachelor's degree (for years).

Now the question is while creating EE profile should I select the option TWO OR MORE CERTIFICATES, DIPLOMA, DEGREE MORE THAN 2 YEARS?
or
BACHELORS DEGREE option?

Please provide the feedback.
