Diplômes in Mon Project Online !!

Hello guys,

I hope everyone is great here.

My question regarding Diplomas section in Mon Projet. It is written in french:

"Veuillez déclarer tous les diplômes, sauf primaires, pour lesquels vous êtes en mesure de nous fournir la documentation requise."

Does "sauf primaires" mean primary school or high school ?, as in my country there is 3 levels for schooling before joining college or university, 1- primary, 2- elementary, and 3- high school.

i don't know what to start adding my diplomas ? University degree or high school or elementary school??

What do you mean by higher secondary ?
