Hi, Im trying to apply for citizenship online, Im slightly confused about the photo to upload.
Am I suppose upload a digital photo that the photographer took, or am I suppose to take a paper photo (with the photographer's stamp and data at the back), and then I take a photo of that paper photo, and then upload it?
Also, I am suppose to take a photo of the photo (on the front and the back -- where the data and stamp is)?
many thanks
Just start your application (you don't need to finish it on the spot!). The relevant section is very clear regarding photo requirements and would clearly tell you that both digital pictures and pictures of printed pics are accepted, and where to put the photographer's info.

thanks, I am up to that section already, so it says that I can take a photo of the paper photo, but it doesnt say if I need to take a photo of the paper photo on the back as well (where the photographer's stamp and date is). Does that mean that I only just enter that information in text in the box below?
many thanks
Yeah yeah, just the text box.
If a section doesn't explicitly ask for something, don't ask yourself whether you need it

thanks, haha sure

I just wanted to double check.
I guess in that case,is a digital photo better (compared to me taking photo of a paper photo)?
Sorry,I just want to make sure that everything is complete when i submit

Obviously. The only case you should go with a paper one would be if you already have a recent one ready and can save the photograph'a cost.
