While filing for Spousal PR, How to get signature of spouse if both are living in different countries ? Is digital signature allowed ?
Or will the sponsor be needed to fill the form, send it to spouse, spouse needs to take print out, sign it, scan it and send back ?
Also, can anyone tell me which forms are required to be filled in and which points are crucial while filing the forms ?
Need to distinguish here 'digital signature' (with some special signing software protocols) and just doing the print, sign , scan routine a hand signed one that has been scanned).
They require a hand signature. I know they will accept print signed scanned in some contexts.
I do not know if it will be acceptable for the entire original submission package.
It would clearly be safer to have the original wet ink signed version, but I can't say whether they would reject one done the print sign scan way.

If the OP can't have wet ink signatures from both parties (and only photocopy signatures are reasonably possible) I would avoid submitting degraded photocopies of photocopies. Keep them as clean and legible as possible.
In general the legal world is fine with photocopies of inked signatures provided the originals are available if needed. However - I'm unsure of the specific requirements of IRCC, so take my suggestions with a big fat asterisk...
So I can fill all the forms, validate them, send via email to my spouse, tell her to print them, sign them and send it to me via courier and then I can sign them and submit it to Sydney office. Is that correct ?

Regarding form 5476 - use of representative (I'm sponsor & representative) - section - d -- there are 2 signatures.. 1. signature of applicant 2. Signature of spouse -- for first one, it will be signature of my spouse and second one, it will be my signature.. Is that correct ?
