Hi all. I've got my digital photos clicked yesterday. The specs on the upload page say the distance from crown to chin should be 31-36 mm. If I measure from the top of my hair to chin it's 31.5mm, but if I measure it from my forehead to chin then it's around 26mm.

As long the overall dimensions of the picture are 50mm X 70mm and the distance is within 31-36 mm (even if counted from the hair onwards) it will not pose any challenges. Just make sure that the picture carries the stamp/details of the photo studio at the back and I think you'll also need to signature it.

Thanks for replying. But here I'm talking about the digital photos which is when you're uploading documents. The stamp etc is required post PPR when you have to submit physical photos.

Even then, as long as the overall dimensions are good - things would be ok. The 5mm difference between hairline and head are minor.
If you really want to make things absolutely sure, you can resize the picture in Adobe Lightroom or similar photo editors.
