Hi I am expecting to submit my express entry application.
My agent adviced that any passport photo (a digital photo) would be okay. I saw the website has mentioned that photo needs to be in white background. my photo is in light blue background. would this be okay?
Agent was like 'don't worry about the photo at all'. Any opinion on this?
