Difficulty downloading Visitor Visa forms !!!

Hi All,

I have been having difficulty downloading Visitor Visa forms for my parents applying from India. I get a message to upgrade ADOBE but I have the latest version of ADOBE. Is anyone else having this issue?

I am having problems with following two forms only

Application for Temporary Resident Visa (IMM 5257) (PDF, 416.33 KB)
Schedule 1 – Application for Temporary Resident Visa (IMM 5257 – Schedule 1) (PDF, 370.07 KB), if applicable

I was able to google these forms but the version I found online have old version date

How do I get new versions?

If you can't then try another browser, another computer, etc. the forms are good and available.

Did you try using Internet Explorer? I also had difficulties downloading the forms when I used Firefox and Chrome, but it was okay when I used IE.
