Different VO for Primary and Dependent

Hey Guys ,

We have recently received PPR mail ( great news sure) . I have applied for PR from India then moved to Canada on work permit . My dependent kid and spouse however are in India ( planning to join once they get COPR) .

Bottom of the PPR mail says send passports to DELHI . How shall I go ahead with Visa stamping now .
Sending my passport to India via post is illegal . Can my dependents send passport to Delhi VO and can I Send my passport to Ottawa VO for stamping .

Please advise , really needs some direction .

You can submit your passport at your local visa office. Just give them a call and book an appointment.

Thanks for the reply , so primary applicant and dependent can submit separately in separate VOs . Where do we have local VO phone number list . I dont remember seeing that anywhere .

Dude , Isn't VFS is different from VO .VFS is just outsourced private entity , right .

VFS is the only authorized to transfer passports (in India) from applicants to Canadian High Commission. Once the passport stamping is done, VFS will call you or send you an email to pick the passports. High Commission doesn't entertain any applicants.

I think OP is in Canada and his family in India.. arty mate... drop a mail to Ottawa cic and describe them. They will help you out

brother, I would say, drop a mail to cpc ottawa... because I do not know how it goes...
