Different UCI on AOR and Medical request form

Hi everyone,
I have applied for my wife sponsorship application. I wanted to track the application status and was filling the information. I realized that the UCI number on AOR and Medical request form are different. I am not sure why there are two different UCI numbers even though Application number is same. I am also not sure which one to use to track my wife's application status. Kindly, help me regarding this.

Hi, the UCI on the Aor it’s the sponsor UCI , the UCI on the medical request or biometric letter it’s the principle applicant UCI .

Hi, in this case which UCI do I need to use to setup the account and track the application status?

You can use both to create one tracker for sponsor (actually useless as nothing is updated there after SA) and one for PA - where you'll see all the stages' statuses
