Dear All Team Mate i have quick question
My wife is a primary applicant and we are facing little challenge as on marriage certificate Wife surname is not there and rest all the certificate carries her surname even on my passport her surname is not there please guide do we have to change the marriage certificate or reissue my passport again or is there any other document can be attached

If you already have marriage certificate and passports. Its fine. For any name or surname issues, just file an affidavit and upload it. No need to change any document.

Hi @mr.preetsingh , can you give more details on what and how to obtain the affidavit you are talking about? Is it from Indian govt/Indian consulate/something you create etc.

Visit your local Notary and ask for "One and same name" affidavit.
